Statement on the protection of personal data in line with the law no. 101/2000 Coll in the later amendments of the statutes at large
Herewith I confirm that all data I filled in the registration form are true. I am aware that by saving this registration (by clicking the button below) I give consent to processing of my personal data.
I confirm that I give my free and deliberate consent to the company MANPOWER, spol. s r.o.,
IČ 41194659 as the administrator in line of law no, 101/2000 Coll, on protection of personal data, to process - in line of this law - my personal and sensitive data in information systems, through internet or other channels ensuring safe transfer of data and text messages for the period of 5 years for the purpose of searching and offering suitable jobs.
I agree that for the same purpose, my personal information may be disclosed to Manpower entities, (companies of the Manpower family), its clients, and vendors, as well as prospective employers and further for the purpose of collection and transfer of such data to the mother company Manpower Inc.
I am aware that removing of my personal data from the company database before the end of 5 year period will be executed only on the basis of my personal instructions, that will be submitted in a writing to the administrator of my personal data. In that case, the company will send back all materials I provided and all other information pertaining myself will be destroyed. In this respect, I acknowledge my rights stated in § 12 and 21 of Law no. 101/2000 Coll:
- I can revoke my consent at any time and that such deed is possible by contacting the data administrator by electronic mail or in the form of registered letter, addressed to seat of the relevant administrator.
- besides the administrator, my personal data can be disclosed to the third party as specified above
- I can request information about processing of personal data pertaining myself and the administrator can ask for appropriate fee for providing me with such information
- I have the right to amend and change my personal data I provided
- if I believe that sufficient data privacy guidelines have not been followed and/or privacy breach occurs, especially if the personal data are inaccurate in respect of the purpose of their processing, I can require explanation by the administrator or correction of any occurred errors, especially require blocking, correcting, amending or destroying my personal data. I am aware that I can complain about such matter with the Office for Personal Data Protection based in Prague direct, or after the administrator refuses to comply with my request.
- I am not obliged to provide my personal data and I provide the data on my free will for the purpose to be processed by the administrator.
I acknowledge that the company applies basic safety measures to prevent accidental access to personal data, prevent changes, destroying or loss, unauthorized use and processing or other misuse of the data.
Above mentioned process is necessary and is done in line with the law no 101/2000 Coll, on personal data collection in the later amendments of the statutes at large.
