– Ensures payroll is processed accurately and timely for employees for the
respective countries they manage
– Payroll and Compliance estimation of funds requirement on a monthly basis for
salary disbursement and statutory due
– Drive the implentation of all procedural changes following manger´s agreement
– Handle payroll audits
– Support the Manager in the completion of all open Controlership items
– Conduct regular team meetings and help team members to develop


Fluent English and German
Strong analytical skill
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Ability to inspire and motivate the teams
