We are looking for a new team member with fluent French and previous experience in Account management / Customer support.

Your mission in our international team will be:
– Providing professional support to all vendors via email and phone
– Managing escalations & reporting technical and operational problems
– Cooperation with various departments
– Reviewing internal policies and communication of effective solutions to the client


• Fluent English AND French
• Strong communication skills and data-orientation
• Advanced MS office user
• Other languages are welcomed
