Your main duties will be:
– managing and developing the daily running of the team of approx. 20 people
– running of daily operations including resource planning
– coordinating daily activities of the team in order to ensure the productivity and quality targets
– handling the most complex customer complaints or enquires, urgencies
– identifying issues/process improvements areas of responsibility to improve customer experience and productivity


– at least 2 years in Customer Service
– good communication and organization skills
– strong people manager
– fluent English
– leadership and people management (min. team of 10)
