Your Tasks: • Work across the business to identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and associated ownership/accountability roles along with their definitions, lineage and controls • Be actively involved in data domain working groups with business stakeholders to understand key data challenges and requirements • Maintain master and reference data within tools, ensuring they are up to date • Contribute to improvements in data management tooling • Work closely with the Data Architects and Engineers to assist with business requirements for change and new requests • Educate the business and technology teams on principles of data management and provided necessary support • Ensure a record of all technical data assets is maintained and that they are linked, where necessary, to other data assets • Work with Management Information team to ensure that important items are integrated with/published in our data management tool • Ability to review and produce Reports, Dashboards or Reporting elements • Implement data quality rules on behalf of business stakeholders in the context of data quality (build rules, work with data architects and engineers to encode tests, identify gaps in controls, maintain data quality store and communicate metrics) • Be an evangelist for the data (culture) team

• Experience in data catalogue/metadata management • Good understanding of data architecture and data modelling • Hands-on experience on querying and extracting data from SQL, Snowflake and APIs • Good data quality or similar level data analysis experience required • Strong data mapping and complex workflow configuration skills • Strong analytical and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus and deliver outcomes • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision • Ability to effectively report progress and provide transparency to stakeholders Desired: • Worked as a part of project team to deliver outcomes driven by agile methodology • Experience of working within a data governance organization • Technical experience working with metadata management/data quality tools • Insurance experience
