Job description

· Input, update and maintain candidate related data in a timely manner with a strong eye-for-detail. · Maintain, manage and regularly audit all digital & physical personnel files. · Partner with diverse HR teams, provide support and process transactions to deliver a top-notch day one experience to new hires. · Take ownership to communicate effectively with high degree of customer focus to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat/instant messaging. · Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accuracy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. · Identify bottlenecks and trouble shoot issues. · Ensure service level commitments and quality standards are met. · Support and train new hires, involve in audits and reviews of others work. · Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.

Education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language and language level

Command of all the selected languages is required

English - Advanced (C1)
French - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

· Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience · Knowledge of HR processes and systems . Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written form · Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures. · Ability to work in changing environment · Flexibility
