This Site HR Business Partner role is a key position contributing to both the HR team supporting the IT organization as well as the leadership team of the Bratislava site. The role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing site that is very important to the IT organization and the company. We are looking for someone that is both interested in and has the ability to bring the HR support for this site from concept to reality. · Work closely with the in-region Digital and IT teams, along with the Technical Capability Center site leader to support the implementation of the business plans, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities · Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the Tech Capability Center hiring and buildout plan · Ensure recruiting and retention of best-in-class talent for key positions within the Technical Capability Center, in close cooperation with the staffing and recruiting functions · Provide first line, onsite support during the recruiting and onboarding process to ensure a seamless and inclusive experience to include comp and benefits guidance, labor contract negotiation, equipment and welcome and first day activities · Support people managers/Chapter Leads in all coaching, mentoring and personal development within their teams · Support cultural formation/change, help to build a sense of community and foster diversity and inclusion within the client groups · Coach managers and site leaders on engagement planning and implementation of engagement action plans · Contribute to personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses to support Finance and the site leader in maintaining workforce budgets · Help coordinate procedure and technology solutions to improve data management · Participate in, or lead local, site based HR projects

· 6-8 years of experience in HR Generalist role within an international company · Experience in a site HR role, particularly during the buildout phase, is a differentiatingexperience · Experience in Pharma/Biotech or a technology environment would be a plus · Fluent in English · Good command of Slovak language · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodology is helpful but not necessary · Excellent communication and listening skills
