Responsible for managing all financial processes for Europe Customer Services & Operations IBO. Working in partnership with the Business Owners to assist them in managing their actuals, budgets and forecasts effectively. Be the advocate for the Business Owner within the Finance organization. Business partner: · Work with Business Owner to identify cost savings and efficiencies (contribute the annual Transformation plan) · Work with Business Owner to drive improvements in business processes on a day to day basis · Work with Business Owner to ensure that actual results are managed in line or better than latest forecasts Accounting: · Ensure that all transactions and processes are accounted for on a consistent basis, and performed in a manner that complies with company policies and procedures · Identify areas of transaction processing that can be automated or eliminated through more effective use of systems and processes · Take ownership of results and ensure that actuals, budget and forecasts are accurate and complete. · Close working relationship with GL managers and CAO during the monthly close process Reporting & Analysis · Improve the timeliness, relevance and accuracy of all reporting including actual, budget reporting · Improve overall budget & forecast process · Provide M3 management with relevant reporting and analysis on revenues and costs, and analysis on trends and forecasts, advising on corrective actions as appropriate. Focus on headcount and labour costs, but also analysis of other third party costs like maintenance and ASP’s · Early identification of issues and effective interaction with senior management · Utilize existing reporting such as productivity and efficiency in order to improve the Business Owner’s financial performance · Monitor operational activity reporting to allow comparison to costs to achieve efficiencies · Annual Budgeting exercise, contribution to development; support of senior finance and Ops regional management for construction and analysis Contract till 31.12.2021
