• Supporting our partner´s project and BAU initiatives, specifically the documentation of As-Is and To-Be business processes and process design will form part of the project portfolio. • Working closely with business teams across the company to understand, adapt and improve existing processes to achieve maximum benefit from process design • Facilitate business process design workshops with stakeholders and ensuring process governance and methodology adoption is adhered to • Ownership of process maintenance, storage indexing and versioning is fundamental • Ensuring business process is part of change impact assessment governance • Trusted change partner to form part of the estimation governance for future change initiatives • Supporting the agile delivery from inception through system acceptance. • A broad cross functional view of all process across the company and understand the interdependencies with them. • Leveraging the in-house capabilities and other systems that may be available to provide these needs in the most effective way possible • Aligning analysis and requirements with other teams to co-ordinate delivery of automation across multiple new and existing systems • Liaising with technology stakeholders and third-party vendors to formulate system requirements, process design and to review and test deliverables and facilitate UAT • Supporting, managing, and assisting the training and testing work needed to deliver the change.

Personality requirements and skills
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver complex business requirements • Strong knowledge of systems integration, specifically automating manual business processes and helping business teams adapt to the new automated business process • Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment and be agile in their approach to agile delivery. • Strong ability and techniques to estimate size, effort and timelines and define approach to formulate, review and accept deliverables. • Strong background in Insurance/Reinsurance market experience incl. Underwriting and Compliance processes including but not limited to Lloyds market. • Strong experience in communicating business requirements to technical teams and technical features and designs to business stakeholders. • Using multiple technologies to create process maps • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to facilitate and drive process workshops both independently and as a team • Being a team player - willing to step in to help across the wider team for the benefit of the customer and/or business • Confident communication skills (oral and written) • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels and to navigate a changing and growing organisational environment. • Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment • Self-motivated and innovative - able to work on own with minimal supervision
