• Manage and provide status updates on documents being worked on to PMO leaders and project managers. • Communicate with stakeholders and project team members to gather key data needed to write documents. • Work with various content providers and technical SMEs to complete sections of documents. •Ensure full and compliant documents are created to meet the needs of clients quality team and quality systems. • Plan, develop, organize and edit operational procedures for user documentation. Requirements: • Strong Computer skills: Google Suite, MS office suite, Smartsheet, PPT • Work experience: Life Science Industry with hands-on experience in screening technologies • IT Service Management skills • Ability to describe complex issues in a correct and concise manner • Work experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. ST4) or translation tools is a plus
