We are looking for smart and passionate individuals to join Product Classification Services (PCS) Team in Tax Engine Department. The successful candidate will assist with global classification of products in multiple languages for tax purposes. The goal of the team is to ensure that our customers are paying the correct tax rate for the purchased products. The individual will have the opportunity to improve customer experience by contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of the tax classification function. Responsibilities • Perform product tax classification and participate in ongoing audit activities • Basic product taxability research across different jurisdictions • Utilize extensive product catalogue attributes and other data to ensure products are classified properly for indirect tax purposes • Participate in team operational excellence programs and process improvements
