Personality requirements and skills
• One or more years of work experience in the Financial Services Industry (Insurance experience is an advantage) • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under own initiative when required. • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. • University degree in Economics, Science, Accounting or Business Administration • Desire to complete an Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or similar) • Analytical skills and desire to understand the bigger picture • Experience in managing external relationships • Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise terms • Teammate with good interpersonal skills • English proficiency (verbal & written)
