* Key point of contact and leader in Supplier Quality Concerns, * Lead Team of Senior Engineers in order to respond to supplied parts quality concerns as they arise * In conjunction with the Supplier Technical Assistance (STA), escalate suppliers using the corporately recognised supplier escalation process, * Supporting the weekly Incoming Supplier Quality Management meeting * Partners with cross functional teams to root cause and problem solve complex quality concerns. * Implement standards, processes and working methods to maximise skills of technical subject matter experts, * Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximise Supplier Technical Assistnace influence and ensure alignment with Purchasing processes and policy
