For our client we are looking for Plant Floor Walker, willing to work in different shifts serving customers within an automotive factory in Nitra. The coverage is 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday), in 3 different 8 hour shifts (morning, evening and night shift). The list of responsibilities are: • Stakeholder management, share regular updates and assist in preparing operational reports • Support & configuration of shop floor devices (e.g. Printers, scanners, HMI, Andon Boards etc.) • Managing of issues and timely resolution with cross functional teams for timely resolution • Follow service management processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem etc.) • Maintain and manage spares inventory, hot swaps, conduct system health-checks and monitoring, preventive maintenance activities • Maintaining agreed SLA levels and assuring Quality of delivery at all times • Adhere to shift rotation plan and Operating model • Support IT issues and users with shop floor/Manufacturing Execution Systems (Level 1 Troubleshooting) • Assist in defining problems and determining solutions in the use of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) • Assist MES L2/L3 support staff when necessary

Personality requirements and skills
• Prior experience in Manufacturing (Automotive Plant floor service is preferred) • On call support during out-off office hours and weekends required on need basis to attend major or critical incidents. Willing to work in shifts. • Basic computer hardware knowledge. • Should be able to logon to plant floor applications, check log files, handle monitoring tools (check / monitor server status and system health) • Basic knowledge of Windows Server • Analytical, reasoning and basic troubleshooting skills
