We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer for our client, which is part of the Austrian insurance group focused on the development and maintenance of software for commercial insurance companies. What will be your main responsibilities? • Checks alignment of hardware orders and delivery for hardware • Monitors infrastructure and services. • Reports on monitoring results and supports capacity and availability management for further development of guidelines and processes • Supports Group Change Management & Operations by technical evaluations and proofs-of-concepts • Executes deployments for internal services and applications • Supports the incident management process • Implements, monitors and reviews the Service Asset & Configuration • Management processes in regards to server • Supports and consults SLA Manager, Capacity Manager, Availability • Manager and Service Continuity Manager • Supports continuous improvement of deployment processes and deployment steps • Supports creation and maintenance of the deployment cookbook • Other tasks

• 3 years of work experience in a infrastructure related role in a larger, enterprise environment • Linux servers administration (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL) - expert • Networking, routing, DHCP, DNS • Proxy, LoadBalancer, Web servers (Apache, Nginx) • SSL certificates • JBOSS • Docker • Postfix • Monitoring systems – Icinga2, Nagios, Munin… • SVN, GIT • Windows server administration – Intermediate • Backup solutions - Veeam • Maintenance of ActiveDirectory • MSSQL database administration • Experience with Cloud solutions • Virtualization – MS HYPER-V, KVM, VMWare • Basic knowledge on project management skills • Intermediate knowledge how to use an ITIL compliant Service Management tool set • Good command of written and spoken English • Flexibility for periodic travel (Vienna)
