We are looking for a Scrum master for our client, which is part of the Austrian insurance group focused on the development and maintenance of software for commercial insurance companies. What will be your main responsibilities? • In collaboration with Product Owner and Development Team, you will be working in a role of Scrum Master on a solution for self-care of insurance clients of our major customer in Austria. • It will include provision of new features as well as caring about operational health and maintenance. • You will be guiding the development team in accordance to Scrum practices and values to delight our client. • You will be building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving. • Facilitating getting the work done without assigning or dictating the work. • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. • Being a supportive partner for the Product Owner, especially in backlog maintenance and refining the backlog items.
