Job description

* Timely react on request from internal / external customers and actively communicate with them * Approve retro billing based on price changes * Review price / quantity discrepancies and communicate with Business Units * Review the output of the analysis of accounts receivable reports such as OTC/aging reports * Manage Month end close activities to be reviewed by the manager * Schedule and lead meetings with internal / external customers to resolve open issues * Contract maintenance and business support * Follow up block billing with plants and Business Units * Solving the issues with unapplied cash and contacting and collecting overdue receivables * Responsible to fix any inconsistency in sub ledger * Support reports for auditors / management / internal customers on regular basis * Motivate and develop team members * Ensure ethical and accounting principle compliance * Development of people, regular team meetings at least bimonthly and 1 to 1 reviews preferable monthly * Ensures team follows up all policies and procedures * Ensure smooth daily operations by proper allocation of transactional volume to the team/ avoid workload allocation issues or improper allocation leading to inefficiencies of some and overload of other employees * Mentoring and positive attitude to work, proactively sharing knowledge with less experienced team members to support their development.

* OTC experience 2+ year , preferably billing/invoicing or master data * Leading people 1+ year * SAP knowledge * Experience with continues improvements / automation * Strong process knowledge in relevant area * Strong accounting / reporting overview * MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint), ERP experience is a must (IFS,BPCS, IFS Radley, SAP) * Analytical skills * Willing to develop, learn * Strong Communication skills * Collaborative, team player, * Customer and result oriented * Proactive attitude, * Flexibility, * Previous experience with leading people
