Job description

Under the direction and supervision of the EMEA Fraud Prevention Manager, this individual will be responsible for executing employee expense fraud, abuse and waste investigations, prepare findings and working with HR, Legal, and Finance on results. The individual will constantly deep dive into employee expense data / reporting to flag anomalies and patterns of abuse or wasteful spending. The successful candidate will conduct investigations and partner with various stakeholders such as the expense reimbursement policy team, HR and other groups on how to identify root cause defects, resolve complex problems, improve processes and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language and language level

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

*BA/BS or a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, investigations, security or related field). * 4+ years of experience in business, fraud investigation, audit, or similar field within the European Union * 2+ years of conducting misconduct interviews within the European Union * Must be fluent in English in both written and oral communication skills. * Any additional EU language is advantage
